The Routine Monthly Meeting of ALTSO Council actualized on 21st of April 2015. The  Vocational Tourism School was agreed with consensus and subjects like Akdağ Ski Complex and Board of Directors’ Activities were discussed. Dean of AÜ Alanya Business Faculty Professor İbrahim Güngör had also attended to the meeting.

Şahin indicated that qualified members should be coached for the tourism sector and the capasity of 2000 students per year Vocational Tourism School will contribute a lot for the city. Şahin underlined that 40.000 students are planned to be attracted  into the city after the State College will be built. With the average spending of 700 Liras for each student and 100 Million Liras from government, 380 Million Liras are intended to be earned.

Dean Güngör: ‘We Will Cooperate With ALTSO’

Güngör said that 14 million Liras of income per year is planned to be earned because of the Vocational Tourism School. He indicated that students who knows at least 2 foreign languages are planned to be educated.

Architect Darı Provided Technical Information

Architect Cüneyt Darı said that the Tourism School will be constructed on 8500 m2 field which includes 15 lecture halls, 4 amphitheaters, 2 computer labs, 1 conference hall, 1 lounge and managing parts.

Akdağ Was Also In Agenda

In the last part of the meeting, City Hall Counselor and Survey Engineer Erkan Demirci informed the members about Akdağ Winter Complex. He underlined that there has been a rapid progression since last year with the support of Chairman Şahin and after some permissions will be received, the plan which is being prepared will be presented to ministry.
