(120 Hours Online Training)
According to the 5 June 2018 Immovable Trade Regulation, Immovable Trade is carried out by businesses holding the Immovable Trade Authorisation Certificate issued by the Provincial Directorates of Trade.
Within the scope of the Regulation Amending the Regulation on Immovable Property Trade published in the Official Gazette dated 14/10/2020 and numbered 31274; changes have been made in the conditions sought in the issuance of authorisation certificates to real or legal person merchants and tradesmen and craftsmen engaged in immovable property trade activities. It has also become compulsory to be successful in at least 100 hours of training on real estate trade to be provided by the Ministry of National Education, universities or institutions and organisations authorised by the Ministry of National Education.
Within this framework, the “120 Hours Responsible Real Estate Consultancy Certificate Programme” for the sector is being conducted in cooperation with Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University Continuing Education Centre (ALKÜSEM) under the umbrella of ALTSO ACADEMY.
Our online training courses are followed by online exams. All training videos must be watched in order to take the exam. All course videos are available 24/7 during the training. Any candidate can log into the system at any time.
Participants will receive a “Training Certificate” at the end of the training. Applications can be made to our Chamber’s Education Department.
The participation fee for the member / employee of our Chamber is 748.00 TL, 850.00 TL for the non-member participation, and the payment can be made at the cashiers of our Chamber.
