To establish an effective, efficient, accountable and transparent public administration “Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in the Delivery of Public Services”, which was prepared with the aim of regulating the procedures and principles that the administrations must comply with in order to ensure that the public services are carried out in a fast, high quality, simplified and low-cost manner, in the Official Gazette dated 31/7/2009 and numbered 27305 published and put into effect.

With Article 6 of the Regulation; It is stipulated that the public service standard tables are prepared by the units that directly provide the public service and announced on the boards that can be easily seen by the citizens and on the corporate web pages.

Necessary studies have been carried out in our Chamber regarding the subject and Public Service Standard tables have been prepared regarding the services provided by our Chamber in accordance with the relevant legislation. In the tables in question, the services provided in our room, the documents required for their delivery and the latest completion times of these services are indicated. During the application, there are places to apply if documents other than the documents specified in these tables are requested, the service is not completed within the specified time despite the application with the complete document, or it is determined that some services are not available in the tables.
