The second \u201cThere is shopping in Alanya\u201d project, the first of which was organized last year and is jointly run by the Alanya chamber of commerce and industry and Antalya Tan\u0131t\u0131m A.\u015e.. Mehmet \u015eahin the president of the Alanya chamber of commerce and industry spoke at the projects publicity meeting said \u201cLast year there were 95 million participation rights earned for the project last year. We have found a partial solution to the economic recession. We want to put a smile on our traders faces with the \u201cthere is shopping in Alanya\u201d project.<\/p>\n
The publicity meeting of the \u201cThere is shopping in Alanya\u201d project was held in the Alanya chamber of commerce and industry board of directors meeting room on Thursday 6th July 2017.\u00a0 The details of the project were discussed at the meeting attended by Alanya chamber of commerce and industry president Mehmet \u015eahin, deputy Mayor of Alanya Ali Yenialp, and the members\u2019 board of directors of the Alanya Hoteliers association Ali Kamburo\u011flu and Y\u00fcksel Kaya.<\/p>\n
\u015eAH\u0130N: \u201cONE CAR WENT TO ALANYA\u201d<\/p>\n
President \u015eahin pointed out that the project was run for the first time last year and said \u201cpeople who spend 25 TL in any place of business\u00a0 with a credit card of one of the banks we have made an agreement with earns the right to one entry in the raffle. There were 95 million entries last year. One of the 7 cars was won by someone living in Alanya.\u00a0 This year there are good prizes. The prizes to be won from the raffle at the end of the project include 7 cars, 7 tablets, 7 televisions, 77 bicycles, and 77 basketballs.<\/p>\n
\u015eAH\u0130N; \u201cWE ARE NOT STOPPING BECAUSE THERE IS A CRISIS\u201d<\/p>\n
President \u015eahin said \u201cWe have produced a great number of short term projects to support our members\u201d and added \u201cWe experienced a crisis with Russia which none of us wants to remember. The sectors most affected by this crisis were the tourism, agriculture and construction sectors. Currently our relations with Russia have improved but there are still some problems. These problems which were at an international level did not stop us from working and trying to find our own solutions.\u00a0 We have come together with the Russian citizen living in Alanya and given the world a message of peace. After this we hosted the most influential countries of MENA area in Alanya.\u00a0 We also came together with the partners of companies with foreign investors and lastly we held the Russian media forum for the representatives of Russian magazine and new paper publications in our chamber. The minister of foreign affairs, the pride of Alanya, Mevl\u00fct \u00c7avu\u015fo\u011flu supported nearly all of our projects by attending them. I would again like to thank him.<\/p>\n
The Alanya chamber of commerce and industry president stated that they had not only plans for both the long and medium term but that by taking part in immediate action plans such as \u201cThere is shopping in Alanya\u201d project they had not been indifferent to the lifeless tourism season, and said \u201cWe have started the second \u201cThere is shopping in Alanya\u201d project in partnership with Antalya Tan\u0131t\u0131m A.\u015e. The directors of both the Alanya municipality and the Alanya-Gazipa\u015fa Airport supported us by assigning the advertising boards to the project.\u00a0 I would to thank deputy mayor Ali Yenialp, who is in attendance of our meeting and also our mayor Adem Murat Y\u00fccel.<\/p>\n
President \u015eahin stated in his speech \u201cThis was a project to revive our traders. We will hopefully continue with these sorts of projects. We are going to have many more projects like this. We appointed Ali Kamburo\u011flu a member of our board of directors. Mr Ali is also serves at Antalya Tan\u0131t\u0131m A.\u015e. who were are partners with on behalf of your chamber. Mr Ali is continuing with his duties there very well. He has contributed a lot to our project \u201cThere is shopping in Alanya\u201d. I would like to thank him for his hard work. We hope our project and then traders of Alanya well.\u201d<\/p>\n
