E\u011fitime ilgi yine y\u00fcksekti.<\/p>\n<div class=\"clearfix\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Odam\u0131z\u00a0toplant\u0131 salonunda 23 Ekim 2010 Cumartesi g\u00fcn\u00fc d\u00fczenlenen e\u011fitime Uzman E\u011fitimci B\u00fclent Ba\u015far konu\u015fmac\u0131 olarak kat\u0131ld\u0131.Ba\u015far,\u00a0 aile \u015firketi kavram\u0131, aile \u015firketlerinin \u00f6m\u00fcrleri, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ve D\u00fcnya&#8217;da yok olup giden aile \u015firketleri ve bunlar\u0131n yok olmas\u0131n\u0131n nedenleri, aile \u015firketlerinin kurulu\u015f ve geli\u015fimleri, aile \u015firketlerinin avantaj ve dezavantajlar\u0131, \u015firketlerdeki y\u00f6netim sorunlar\u0131,kurumsalla\u015fma kavramlar\u0131 gibi konularda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara bilgiler verdi.       Ba\u015fat konu\u015fmas\u0131nda &#8220;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de aile \u015firketlerinin say\u0131s\u0131 artmakta, ancak Aile \u015eirketi say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n giderek art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermesinin yan\u0131nda bu \u015firketlerin \u00f6m\u00fcrlerinin \u00e7ok uzun olmamas\u0131 da bilinen bir di\u011fer \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fc ger\u00e7ek. Yeni kurulan \u015firketlerin y\u00fczde 40&#8217;\u0131n\u0131n ilk be\u015f y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde faaliyetlerini durdurmalar\u0131, be\u015f y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fan \u015firketlerin ise sadece y\u00fczde 66&#8217;s\u0131n\u0131nn ikinci jenerasyona devretmeleri veya sahip de\u011fi\u015ftirmeleri ve sonu\u00e7 itibar\u0131yla yeni kurulan \u015firketlerin d\u00fcnyada y\u00fczde 3,4 \u00fc, \u00fclkemizde ise y\u00fczde 2&#8217;sinin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc jenerasyona ula\u015fmalar\u0131 ile aile \u015firketlerinin yok olu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6stergesidir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, aile \u015firketlerinin say\u0131ca art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermelerinin \u00f6tesinde, bu \u015firketlerin varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 nesiller boyu s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmeleri ve kar\u015f\u0131lar\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kan tipik engelleri en k\u0131sa zaman dilimi i\u00e7erisinde a\u015fabilmeleri, aile \u015firketi sahiplerinin, y\u00f6neticilerinin ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde \u00f6nemle durmalar\u0131 gereken bir konu haline gelmi\u015ftir&#8221; dedi.              D\u00fcnya&#8217;da ve T\u00fcrkiye&#8217; de yok olup giden aile \u015firketlerinin say\u0131s\u0131ndan da bahseden B\u00fclent Ba\u015far, D\u00fcnya&#8217;da bu oran\u0131n y\u00fczde 80&#8217;lerde oldu\u011funu, 90 y\u0131l ve \u00fcst\u00fc ya\u015fayan aile \u015firketlerinin oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 15-16&#8217;ya kadar d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc vurgulayarak, bunun nedenleri i\u00e7erisinde karars\u0131zl\u0131k, doyumun verdi\u011fi rehavet, iyi durumda iken bu rehaveti g\u00f6rmeyip ileriye y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmamas\u0131 ve \u015firketleri ba\u015far\u0131ya g\u00f6t\u00fcren eski vizyonlar\u0131n\u0131n esiri olmalar\u0131 gibi pek \u00e7ok sebebin yatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.
