{"id":5255,"date":"2012-09-12T13:36:50","date_gmt":"2012-09-12T10:36:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.altso.org.tr\/genel\/altso-dan-hijyen-egitimi\/"},"modified":"2012-09-12T13:36:50","modified_gmt":"2012-09-12T10:36:50","slug":"altso-dan-hijyen-egitimi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.altso.org.tr\/en\/genel\/altso-dan-hijyen-egitimi\/","title":{"rendered":"ALTSO DAN H\u0130JYEN E\u011e\u0130T\u0130M\u0130"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>EKMEK \u00dcRET\u0130M VE SATI\u015eINDA \u00c7ALI\u015eANLARA H\u0130JHEN E\u011e\u0130T\u0130M\u0130<\/strong>       T\u00fcrk G\u0131da Kodeksi Ekmek ve Ekmek \u00c7e\u015fitleri Tebli\u011fi uyar\u0131nca ekmek \u00fcretim ve sat\u0131\u015f\u0131nda g\u00f6rev alanlar\u0131n alma zorunlulu\u011fu getirilen hijyen e\u011fitimi Odam\u0131z ve Alanya Tar\u0131m ve Hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k \u0130l\u00e7e M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u015fbirli\u011finde bu g\u00fcn ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<div class=\"clearfix\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere, \u201cT\u00fcrk G\u0131da Kodeksi Ekmek ve Ekmek \u00c7e\u015fitleri Tebli\u011fi \u201d 4 Ocak 2012 tarihli ve 28163 say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazetede yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 2012\/2 no.lu Tebli\u011fi\u2019nin 2 numaral\u0131 ekinin 10.maddesi gere\u011fince, \u201cEkmek \u00fcretiminde, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131nda ve sat\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve f\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131n uzant\u0131s\u0131 olmayan ekmek sat\u0131\u015f yerlerindeki ekmek sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yapan personelin g\u0131da hijyeni ile ilgili konularda e\u011fitilmesi\u201d y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc getirilmi\u015fti.            \u00a0     Bu konuda G\u0131da, Tar\u0131m ve Hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile TOBB aras\u0131nda imzalanan 09.07.2012 tarihli protokole istinaden Odam\u0131zca, ekmek \u00fcretim ve sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yapan ilgili personelinizin g\u0131da hijyeni ile ilgili konularda e\u011fitilmesi i\u00e7in Odam\u0131zda yetkilendirilmi\u015fti.\u00a0 Bu ama\u00e7la Odam\u0131z ve G\u0131da, Tar\u0131m ve Hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k Alanya \u0130l\u00e7e M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u00a0 i\u015fbirli\u011finde Odam\u0131z \u00fcyesi ekmek \u00fcretim ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m i\u015fletmesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik olarak\u00a0 \u201cTemel G\u0131da Hijyeni\u201d\u00a0 e\u011fitimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. E\u011fitim \u0130l\u00e7e Tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mehmet R\u00dcZGAR ile M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck Personellerinden G\u0131da M\u00fchendisi Sevtap\u00a0 CANSEVEN taraf\u0131ndan verildi. Daha sonra da devam edecek s\u00f6z konusu e\u011fitimin ilkine toplam 85 ki\u015fi kat\u0131ld\u0131.       Konu ile ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan ALTSO Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kerim AYDO\u011eAN, yasal zorunluluk gere\u011fi al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken s\u00f6z konusu e\u011fitimin Alanya da da verilmesi i\u00e7in yetki ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, konu ile ilgili \u00fcyelere bunu duyurarak ilk e\u011fitimi organize ettiklerini belirterek, bu e\u011fitimlerin devam edece\u011fini ve ilgili \u00fcye i\u015fyerlerinin taleplerinin ALTSO E\u011fitim \u015eubesi taraf\u0131ndan al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, bu ihtiyac\u0131n Alanya \u0130l\u00e7e Tar\u0131m ve Hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve ALTSO i\u015fbirli\u011finde d\u00fczenlenecek seminerlere kar\u015f\u0131lanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.
