Performan de\u011ferlendirmenin y\u00f6netime ve i\u015fg\u00f6rene sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yararlara da de\u011finen Varo\u011flu,\u201d \u00c7o\u011fu i\u015fletme personelinin de\u011ferlendirmesini sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde yapam\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc net bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm kriterleri yok. Bu durumda yanl\u0131\u015f de\u011ferlendirme, \u00f6l\u00e7me ve \u00f6d\u00fcllendirmeler yap\u0131labiliyor. Adalet mekanizmas\u0131 bu durumda tam i\u015flemiyor ve bu durumdan olumsuz etkilenen yine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar oluyor. \u00d6d\u00fcl almay\u0131 hak etti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen bir personel yerine hak etmeyen bir personelin \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilmesi tak\u0131m\u0131 bozar\u201d dedi.              De\u011ferlendirme kriterlerinin \u00f6ncelikle, tutarl\u0131, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir, mant\u0131kl\u0131, hassas olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini de belirten Do\u00e7 Dr Demet Varo\u011flu,\u00a0 \u201c Kriterler her departman i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 olmal\u0131. Ki\u015finin ge\u00e7mi\u015f performans\u0131 da de\u011ferlendirme i\u00e7inde yer almal\u0131. Ba\u015fka bilimsel verilere de ba\u015fvurulmal\u0131. Mesela ya\u015f, g\u00f6rsel alg\u0131lama, pskoteknik gibi. De\u011ferlendirmeyi yapanlar\u0131n da objektif ve \u00f6nyarg\u0131s\u0131z olmalar\u0131 da b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>  Performansa dayal\u0131 olarak i\u015fe alma ve departman de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi se\u00e7eneklerinin de \u00e7ok iyi de\u011ferlendirilmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6zlerine ekleyen Varo\u011flu, \u201cKi\u015fiye g\u00f6re i\u015f de\u011fil, i\u015fe g\u00f6re ki\u015fi se\u00e7mek laz\u0131m. Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131 ve kesin standart kriterleri de dikkate al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r\u201d dedi.       \u00d6te yandan ba\u015flayan e\u011fitim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7eken ALTSO Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kerim Aydo\u011fan, 06 Ekim 2012 tarihinden itibaren her Cumartesi g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7in toplam 17 ki\u015fisel e\u011fitim program\u0131 d\u00fczenlediklerini ve bu programlara kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n \u00fccretsiz oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti.
