Seminerin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren ALTSO Kad\u0131n Giri\u015fimciler Kurulu \u0130cra Komitesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00d6zlem \u00d6z Kural, Ramazan Ay\u0131 \u00f6ncesi sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeye dikkat \u00e7ekmek i\u00e7in semineri d\u00fczenlediklerini ifade ederek, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara te\u015fekk\u00fcr etti.             <br \/>  <strong>YAVUZ: \u201cDETOKS\u2019U K\u0130MLER UYGULAR?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>  <\/strong>Detoks hakk\u0131nda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara bilgiler veren Diyetisyen Erkan Yavuz, hamilelik ve emzirme d\u00f6neminde olan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, ciddi bir operasyon ge\u00e7irmi\u015f ya da kronik sa\u011fl\u0131k problemi olan ki\u015filerin detoks uygulamamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ya da doktor kontrol\u00fcnden ge\u00e7tikten sonra uygulamalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.             <br \/>  Detoks programlar\u0131n\u0131n ciddi disiplin gerektirdi\u011fini ifade eden Yavuz, \u201cYemek ka\u00e7amaklar\u0131, uygulamalar\u0131 aksatmak, spor yapamamak gibi bahaneleri, detoks programlar\u0131 kabul etmez, ciddi disiplin gerektirir.
