ALANYA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY COMMUNICATION CHANNELS

  • Web page: Our established web site provides service in Turkish and English. Our chamber is advertised on the site and updated. The news of all kinds of activities is published on our website. There are some useful links and information for our members on our website. The up-to-dateness and layout of the website is under the responsibility of the Press and Public Relations Unit.
  • SMS: Our chamber has an established SMS system and is used on special occasions such as celebrations, openings, ceremonies, holidays, death news, meeting announcements, meeting reminders, etc. Communication via SMS is under the responsibility of the Press and Public Relations Unit, the Private Secretary, and the Secretary General. E-Mail: The e-mail addresses of our members are attached to our established e-mail system, and all kinds of news and event announcements about our room are instantly sent via e-mail. In addition, there are e-mail addresses with the extension of the institution’s name that the Chamber staff communicate with on the internet. Communication via e-mail is under the responsibility of the Press and Public Relations Unit, the Private Office, and the Secretary General.
  • Mass media through the Broadcasting Organ: The “Economic Report Book” published by our Chamber once a year is sent free of charge to all our members, other Chambers and Commodity Exchanges, local and regional public institutions, and media organizations. Our journal includes data collected from relevant institutions where the activities and services of our chamber are announced, and the economic, political and social developments in the district and the country are published, and our Economic Report Book is also published. Those responsible for this issue are the Press and Public Relations Unit, the Trade Unit, and the Tourism Unit.
  • Verbal Communication by Phone: Each staff has its own extension. Members can easily contact the relevant personnel. Telephones are also used to transmit information to members (membership affairs, meetings, invitations etc.). All staff are responsible for this issue.
  • Fax: Our chamber has a fax line and a fax machine has been placed as a common point for everyone to use. It is used for any activity announcement, correspondence, etc. All staff are responsible for this issue.
  • Written communication by post, cargo: It is distributed by using postal, cargo or courier services, as necessary, for documents such as members’ documents, especially the annual economic report book of our chamber. All staff are responsible for this issue.
  • Assembly Meetings: The assembly of our chamber convenes on the 3rd Tuesday of every month in the assembly hall unless there is an extraordinary situation. The invitation to the meeting is sent to the members in writing, together with the previous meeting report and the meeting agenda. Monthly activities are reflected on the screen at the meeting time. The Secretary General is responsible for the meetings of the Assembly.
  • Media communication via Local / National / Newspaper / Television: Local and national press are used to provide a greater level of information for announcements that are important for our members, important Chamber news, congratulations, death announcements, etc. Media communication responsibility through local, national, newspaper and television is under the responsibility of the Press, Publication and Public Relations Unit, Secretary General.
  • Meeting, Seminar, Conference etc. Mass Media: Meetings, seminars, conferences and various organizations with the participation of experts on issues that are important to our members are organized continuously throughout the year. Responsibility for this matter belongs to the Press and Public Relations Unit, the Secretary General, Education Unit, and the Professional Committees Units.
  • Face to Face Communication, Written Communication: It is aimed to improve our chamber in line with the expectations of our members and to ensure continuous member satisfaction. Obtaining information about the services requested from the members; Member and service information is recorded in order to monitor the service provided. All staff are responsible for this issue.
  • Written Communication of Member Satisfaction Survey: It is aimed to improve our chamber in line with the expectations of our members and to ensure continuous member satisfaction. Member Satisfaction Survey is held once a year for all members in our chamber. A member satisfaction survey is also held after events such as seminars, conferences, etc. The Projects and KYS Unit is responsible for implementing the Member Satisfaction Survey.
  • Survey on the Web Page: It is intended to get General Members’ Opinion. Various surveys are conducted on our website to determine the needs of our members and to increase our service quality. Those responsible are the Secretary General, the Projects and QMS Unit, and the Professional Committees Unit.
  • Complaint and Suggestion Box: It is aimed to receive member suggestions and complaints. Complaint and suggestion boxes are placed on each floor of our building. There is also a member/complaint section on our website. Those responsible are the Secretary General, the Projects and QMS Unit, and the Professional Committees Unit.
  • Direct Communication with the Media (Telephone, Fax, Electronic Mail, Written and Verbal Communication via Post): It is aimed to Announce the News of the Chamber Effectively through the Media Channel. Odamızda gerçekleştirilen faaliyetlerin görünürlüğünün sağlanması için yazılı ve görsel basınla birebir irtibata geçilmekte ve bilgilendirilmektedir. Those responsible are the Secretary General, Press and Public Relations Unit.4
  • Contact with I-Phone (IOS) and Android Applications (Written Communication via Web Page): (IOS) and Android applications are made available to people free of charge from the App stores. The activities of the chamber, news and announcements are published in the application. Those responsible are the Secretary General, Press and Public Relations Unit.
  • Communication via Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter): Our chamber has created its pages as ALTSO on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter; announcements, news and events are communicated to wider audiences via social media. In addition, our President of the Board of Directors actively uses social media accounts. Those responsible are the Secretary General, Press and Public Relations Unit.
  • Contact ALTSO WEB TV: ALTSO WEB TV was established in line with the target determined within the scope of the strategy of Increasing ALTSO’s Institutional Capacity, Physical and Technological Infrastructure and Competence of Staff in order to Provide Better Quality Service to ALTSO Members determined in the 2018-2022 strategic plan of the Chamber. General Secretary and ALTSO WEB TV Unit are responsible for ALTSO WEB TV.
  • Communication with TOBB (Telephone, Fax, Electronic Mail, Written and Verbal Communication via Post): Subjects and informative articles from TOBB to our Chamber are announced to our members operating in the sector, and participation in training programs and events organized by TOBB is ensured. All Staff are responsible for this.
  • Communication with Other Institutions (Telephone, Fax, Electronic Mail, Written and Verbal Communication via Post): It is aimed to keep our communication with other institutions and organizations at the highest level. Our chamber organizes joint training, seminar, panel, etc. organizational activities and common mind meetings with other institutions. All Staff are responsible for this.
  • Personnel Information Meetings: It is aimed to provide an effective communication between chamber organs and employees. At least once a month, exchange of ideas and information meetings are held by the Chamber Staff and our Secretary General. All Staff are responsible for this.
  • Inter-Institutional Communication (Organ Meetings): Communication between our Chamber’s Board of Directors, Assembly, Accounts Investigation Commission, Disciplinary Committee, Accreditation Monitoring Committee, Professional committees is provided. All Organ Members are responsible for this issue.
  • Review of the Quality Management System (Management Review Meetings): Once a year, our Board of Directors and our employees come together at the Management Review Meetings to evaluate the functioning of our quality management system, services and issues that can be improved. The Board of Directors and all personnel are responsible for this issue.
  • Communication Between Employees and Organ Members (Face to Face, Telephone, Electronic): Our chamber provides the opportunity to meet in an open office environment between all units, especially the Secretary General. Each Staff has an intercom. Each staff member has a corporate e-mail address. All Staff are responsible for this.
  • Information Unit (Telephone, Fax, Electronic Mail, Written and Verbal Communication via Post): Necessary arrangements have been made in order to enable real and legal persons and their members to exercise their right to information, through our “Information Unit” established within the Press and Public Relations Service.

 

The method of our members prefer to communicate with them is asked periodically during the Member Information Update activity. Called members are asked for their preferred method (call, sms, fax or e-mail) and recorded in the relevant section of the Member Communication Registration Form (B07-04-F02). Member’s preference is registered in the TOBB Net membership system and the announcements of the chamber are forwarded to the member as they prefer.
