Quality Policy and Objectives

Alanya Chamber of Commerce and Industry has adopted a quality policy that complies with the requirements of the Quality Management System it has established, ensures its effectiveness and reflects the purpose of continuous improvement. In addition, the adopted financial policy, human resources policy, member relations policy and communication strategy reflect the service understanding it provides and determine the framework of its future targets. Accordingly, a four (4) annual strategic plan is created and it carries out the processes to achieve the goals in the annual business plan and strategic plan, taking into account the strategic plan every year. Policies adopted by all ALTSO staff are as follows;

Alanya Chamber of Commerce and Industry, within the framework of its duties regulated by law, has adopted providing its services in a quality that will ensure the satisfaction of its members and continuously increase this satisfaction, and making contributions to the commercial and economic life of our region and our country as the focal points of its activities and documented it within the framework of the quality Management System it has established.
