ABOUT TYRE LABELLING

In the article from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye, it was reported that appropriate measures will be requested from the relevant economic operators who are found to supply tyres to the market by acting contrary to the provisions regulated by the Regulation on Labelling of Tyres Regarding Fuel Efficiency and Other Parameters (EU/2020/740) in order to eliminate the risk in proportion to the magnitude of the risk, market surveillance activities will be carried out depending on the measures in question and administrative fines regulated in Law No 7223 will be applied.
