As Alanya Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in order to increase the quality of service in the tourism sector, which is one of the important sources of income in our region, we organise course programmes with participation certificate approved by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for the certification of employees in the sector.
With these trainings, we aim to provide our members with qualified personnel and strengthen their personnel infrastructure and increase their employment opportunities.
For this purpose, our training programmes in the fields of Front Office and Housekeeping Services, which will be determined by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, will be held for 1 week in November. The number of participants to be admitted to the training is limited and the deadline for application is 25 October 2023.
Participants in the training programmes, which will be held in order to improve their experience in the accommodation sector, are obliged to work in the fields operating in the sector and for registration, it is necessary to apply to the Training Branch Directorate in person with a photocopy of ID.
