Service Vehicle Driver – (Level 3) (MYK) Vocational Qualification Certificate exam will be held in Alanya through our chamber.
The “School Bus Regulations” prepared by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in order to make transportation activities regular and safe, to regulate the procedures and principles regarding the qualification and working conditions of real and legal persons who will carry out transportation, and the inspection procedures, entered into force on 25.10.2017 by being published in the Official Gazette.
In the following articles of the said regulation;
ARTICLE 9 – (1) Drivers using school bus vehicles;
- f) Must have the vocational qualification certificate obtained within the framework of the Vocational Qualifications Authority Law No.5544 dated 21/9/2006,
PROVISIONAL ARTICLE 2 – (3) It is said that the implementation of sub-clause (f) of the first paragraph of Article 9 of this Regulation will be passed on 3/9/2020.
Accordingly, service vehicle drivers must have a Service Vehicle Driver-Level 3 Vocational Competence Certificate as of 03.09.2020 in addition to other conditions in the regulation in order to work in transportation.
In this context, an examination will be organized for our members and employees who want to obtain “Service Vehicle Driver-Level 3” Professional Competence Certificate through our Chamber; Firstly, pre-applications will be taken for the exam, exams will be planned in line with the applications and the final exam dates will be determined separately.
Documents required for Exam Application:
– Application form
– 2 Photographs
– Copy of identity card
– Exam Fee Receipt (610 TL)
The exam fee is 610 TL and there is a right to exam 3 times. When exam is passed successfully , a further 150 TL document printing fee is required to be deposited to the Vocational Qualifications Authority.
