A Business Trip will be organized by our Chamber to the WTM London International Tourism Fair, which will be held in London, England between 06-08 November 2023.
Since the organization must be included in the List of Fairs to be Organized or Prestigious Fairs of the National Participation Organization published annually by the Ministry of Commerce for the organization to take place within the scope of KOSGEB International Business Trip Support, but Tourism Fairs (service sector fairs) are not included in these lists by the Ministry, it does not seem possible to organize the organization in question with KOSGEB Support.
Considering the number of British visitors that continue to increase every year, the fair, which is an important market for Alanya and hosted 35,000 visitors from 184 countries in 2022, has become the biggest meeting point of travel professionals.
Pre-application will be taken for the package tour program to be prepared for our companies that plan to attend the fair, and the services included in the price, which will be determined according to the number of participants, will be as follows:
- Round-trip flight tickets,
- All domestic and international transfers,
- Guidance services,
- 4 nights 5 days bed and breakfast accommodation,
- Organization of visits and meetings of official institutions / organizations,
- Fair entrance,
We kindly request our members who want to visit WTM London Tourism Fair to apply to our Chamber by filling out the attached participation form, by the end of business on Friday, August 11, 2023 at the latest.
