ALTSO March ordinary assembly meeting and joint committee meeting were held.
President Erdem, who gave information about the activities of the ALTSO Board of Directors at the assembly meeting, said, “We made important contacts abroad for our Alanya. We introduced our Alanya in areas such as tourism, real estate, transportation and education, and invited foreign business people to invest in our Alanya.”
At the assembly meeting, the issue of capital increase of ALIDAS, of which ALTSO is also a participant, was also discussed. The ALTSO Assembly has unanimously decided that ALTSO should also accept the capital increase.
President Erdem said, “We think that with this decision of our assembly, we have preserved our chamber’s 10.47 share in ALIDAS, and more importantly, ALTSO has fulfilled its mission and responsibility from the past.”
Alanya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ALTSO) March ordinary assembly meeting and joint committee meeting were held on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.
Addressing the members of the assembly after the opening, roll call and excuses were discussed, ALTSO President Eray Erdem gave information about the ALTSO Board of Directors Activities.
‘WE INTRODUCED OUR ALANYA’
Stating that they are working to promote Alanya in KOSGEB supported business trips to Germany and Russia, President Erdem said, “We had important contacts in Germany and Russia. We made many visits and held bilateral meetings. We invited business people to invest in our Alanya.”
President Erdem stated that they had important meetings abroad regarding the increase of the capacity of Alanya-Gazipaşa Airport.
Explaining that he visited Kazan State University for cooperation between the universities in Alanya and Kazan State University, President Erdem said, “We exchanged views with our Vice Rector on student exchange and mutual internship opportunities. Among our plans, we emphasized the importance of the academic staff of both universities sharing their experiences and signing on to joint projects. We believe that the process will continue in time with the support of ALKU and Alanya Universities.”
President Erdem also informed the council members about committee meetings, training seminars and ALTSO Theater Club activities at the council meeting.
JOINT COMMITTEES MEETING WAS HELD
After the Assembly meeting, the Joint Committees meeting was held twice a year. In addition to ALTSO Chairman Eray Erdem, many committee members attended the meeting.
Erdem, who made the opening speech of the meeting, pointed out that joint committee meetings are held twice a year and talked about the importance of these meetings. After Chairman Erdem explained the activities and works of the ALTSO management, opinions were exchanged with the committee members and the issues that should be done for Alanya’s economy were discussed.
