ALTSO EARTHQUAKE STATION COMES TO THE AID OF EARTHQUAKE VICTIMS

778

ALTSO Earthquake Aid Station, established by ALTSO President Eray Erdem, continues to provide important aid, especially food and clothing, for earthquake victims hosted in Alanya. Since the first day of the earthquake, Eray Erdem has been carrying out important studies to meet the needs of the earthquake victims who have taken shelter in the earthquake zone and in Alanya. Erdem ensured that many earthquake victims benefited from the ALTSO Earthquake Aid Station, which operates like a shopping mall.

NUMEROUS AID ORGANIZATIONS

Erdem, who has sent dozens of aid trucks and 50 containers to the disaster zone so far, has evacuated nearly 3 thousand earthquake victims from the disaster zone with many buses sent from Alanya.

The team established by ALTSO President Eray Erdem records every aid coming to the ALTSO Earthquake Aid Station and serves as a store by sorting it correctly. The volunteer team determines and records the addresses of earthquake victims in need and takes them to their addresses.

Alanya Mayor Adem Murat Yücel and ALKU Rector Prof Dr Ekrem Kalan visited the ALTSO Earthquake Aid Station and made examinations.

President Erdem stated that they are waiting for the help of philanthropists to the ALTSO Earthquake Aid Station. And also he stated that  “I would like to thank my teammates and the people of Alanya for their efforts in the success of this exemplary organisation. In order to heal the wounds of the earthquake, we have been working in unity with all our efforts, showing the best example of solidarity since the first day.”
