MISSIONS, AUTHORITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementation of the instructions of the Ministry of Trade,
- Following the legislation, making the necessary changes, making the announcement to the internal and external related parties,
- Providing information to the members and other interested parties about the registry transactions within the framework of the legislation,
- Performing new registration, change and cancellation procedures, filing them by entering into the system and sending notifications to the relevant institutions,
- Fulfilling the duties assigned by the Secretary General,
- The management and administration of the Registry Directorate;
- Listing the new registration, change and cancellation procedures and presenting them to the Board of Directors meeting,
- Processing of new registration, change and cancellation transactions to computer records and related legal books,
- Fulfilling the applications related to MERSIS, the trade registry program of the Ministry of Trade, following and implementing the innovations and changes in the program,
- Making transactions related to profession group and nace code change,
- Performing statistics, control and updating studies,
- Keeping filing and archival records,
- Preparing monthly reports and forwarding them to official institutions and organizations,
- Responding to letters from public institutions and organizations, official offices and courts and writing letters to these institutions,
- Processing and removing the decisions regarding attachment, interim injunction and other restrictions on MERSIS,
- Providing the announcement of the new registration, change and abandonment transactions by sending them to the trade registry gazette,
- Preparation of other documents related to the trade registry, such as registration certificate, certificate of authorization, etc.,
- Preparation of documents related to the chamber registry, such as chamber registration, activity, partnership confirmation, tender status,
- Social Security Organization for Artisans and The Self-Employedand and other professional and commercial documents requested regarding the chamber registry,
- Certification of the trade registry gazette,
- Files and archive tracking,
- Photocopies of files and certifying them,
- Preparation of Chamber ID card,
- Preparation of printed documents used in the registry service,
- Control of decisions regarding articles of association and registration procedures,
- Consulting, monitoring and controlling the members on regulatory issues related to the trade registry,
- Fulfilling the duties assigned by the General Secretariat.
